Roger Howarth Joins Y&R

SoapHub.com reported that Roger Howarth is joining Y&R. This news follows the news that Tamara Braun will play a mysterious new character named Sienna. Howarth is a soap veteran who’s acted on As the World Turns, One Life to Live, and General Hospital. Stafford expressed her excitement for both soap greats moving to Genoa City.

As soap fans know, Stafford and Howarth were on GH together. She played Nina Reeves, while Howarth portrayed Franco Baldwin. Fans recall their steamy onscreen chemistry. Their characters knew how to keep each other on their toes. Y&R fans are hoping to witness this dynamic once again.

Phyllis’s Love Life

Needless to say, Phyllis’ love life is stale. She’s scared away most of her exes. The only ones who are still in her orbit are Billy (Jason Thompson) and Nick (Joshua Morrow), both of whom don’t see her that way anymore. They seem like they’re more scared of her than attracted to her.

Phyllis needs a new love interest on Y&R. Howarth’s character could be just the man for her. It’s also possible that Phyllis and Cane (Billy Flynn) could become GC’s next power couple. Phyllis clearly needs a man who doesn’t fear her and can keep up with her fiery passions, in and out of the bedroom. She also needs a man who can handle her crazy ambitions and witty banter.
