Hey, Days of Our Lives fans. I’ve got your early weekly spoilers for November 17th through the 21st. We’re going to talk about EJ being cornered and Chad crushed. It’s Belinda from Soap Dirt. If you’re not following, hit that subscribe button. (00:26) As we always do on early edition day, we start with what’s coming the rest of this week, then we’ll dive into what is coming next week. So on Wednesday, November 12th, we’ve got Rafe uncovering something disturbing, and I wonder if he finds out Dr. Ralph is back in town to work in EJ’s secret lab. That would be pretty disturbing. (00:47) Marina has a really hectic day and is suffering and she may have another one of her spells. The recognition of John Black’s bequest to University Hospital at the gala may trigger some strong emotional reactions from Marina. Plus, Sammy is so happy to host a baby shower for her new grandson, Trey. (01:10) And of course, Johnny and Chanel, new parents. So, Sammy made sure to let EJ know he’s not invited. And then Sammy rubbed it in that Rafe is Lil T’s honorary grandpa. This week also, we’ve got Will running into his mom Sammy and ask her about her engagement. And I wonder if they’ll talk more about who this Dante Vitali is. (01:31) Obviously related to Ava Vitali. But since Sammy is rarely on screen, I’m wondering if this character is going to pop up or they just created him and we’re never going to see him. You know, Chandler Massie is back as well for two episodes for the gala. Lonnie and Abe sit down and discuss her brother Theo. And Lonnie is telling her dad that there must be a reason why Theo feels that he can open up to his stepmom Paulina, but not to his own dad. (02:02) So, I wonder if Abe will have second thoughts about working with Theo’s uncle EJ to unseat Theo from the CEO position. On Thursday, November 13th, we’ve got Gwen on edge. She’s got a secret mission. Now, this could be because of her Leo thing where she’s trying to get him to go out of town to go look for Dimmitri, but Leo’s also head over heels in love with Javi. (02:29) So, I don’t know how well her plan’s going to work. I am interested to see if Gwen has something to do with Kristen’s kidnapping, which may start on Thursday, but definitely comes to fruition on Friday. Marina and her grandson will share a sweet moment. I’m sure he’s checking in on his grandma’s medical condition and fainting spells. (02:53) He’s also at the gala and has his daughter Ariana on his arm. So, this is going to be, I think, his last episode. Sammy and EJ have another runin and it’s no less awkward than the last one. Sammy has three episodes and then she leaves Salem to go back to her gangster fiance in Italy. And I wonder if Sammy is again gonna warn EJ to keep his distance from Trey like he said he would. (03:21) Leo and Cat are working at cross purposes as they are both looking into this sketchy lab. And the Horton Clinic Gala kicks off on Thursday, Friday, November 14th. We’ve got Jack returning to support Jennifer who is gearing up to fight for custody of Thomas and Charlotte. And Jennifer is also doing the keynote speaking and uh talking about the Horton family at the gala. Eli has questions for EJ. (03:50) And I wonder if these are about Theo or EJ’s true intention with the free clinic. Maggie has an update for Sarah about Xander. He’s been working very hard to save Titan. Plus, we’ve got more of the Horton Clinic Gala. We may actually have Will for three episodes because I think he’s on Friday as well. (04:10) Also, this week, Cat’s looking gorgeous and slinky for the gala. She’s carrying her Weathering Heights book in the square and I wonder if she’s hoping to run into EJ because she just had that memory flash, right? So, hm. Also this week, Kristen is kidnapped fresh out of Statesville, still in her blues, blindfolded, asking where the heck is she. (04:35) We’re also going to see Julie’s brother, Steven this week, and Sammy’s twin, Eric. Also returning to Salem for the gala or Paul, Narita, and Andrew Donovan. I’m sure it’s related to John being mentioned for his bequest since that’s going to be part of the gala presentation. the week of November 17th through the 21st, we’ve got a big umbrella story launching that’s going to revolve around EJ’s new lab. (05:02) So, if you don’t know what an umbrella story is, it’s a plot device that has like how there’s all the little ribs in the umbrella and they all connect. So, there’s just going to be a bunch of smaller story lines that all connect into that bigger EJ lab twisted science storyline that obviously has something to do with new Stephano and what’s going on with Marina. (05:23) They’ve been building up to it for so long. Hopefully, we’ll get some fruit off this slowgoing tree soon. We’ve got Dr. Mark Green and Ralph starting on their first project in this sketchy lab next week. And Mark may be hoping to use Versix maybe in a clinical trial that he can get his mom Kataterina in. She’s got early onset dementia from trauma suffered at the hands of horrible Clyde Weston who’s been name dropped a few times lately. (05:55) Let’s hope he remains in that coma. Although I will say I wouldn’t mind if Ralph and Mark were experimenting on Clyde as long as they don’t let him loose. You know, I think he’d be a great lab guinea pig. So, we’re also waiting to find out if there’s going to be a secret new Stephano plan coming out of that lab. Jeremy Horton comes to grips with the past. (06:19) He is thinking about his behavior, and he’s thinking also about Mike Horton, his dad, and the conception and just generational trauma. It kind of is a little bit of a reminder like Johnny’s story, his origin story with EJ and Sammy, you know, when Julie and Marie were telling Jeremy about Mike. So, I it’s hard to say if he’s changed or not. He certainly was angry the other day, but I don’t know. (06:49) I like the actor a lot, Michael Ror, so I’m actually hoping he sticks around. Sarah May soon joined kidnapped Kristen. There is a rumor that she is also going to be kidnapped right after this man, a henchman or a villain. I don’t know, maybe EJ breaks Kristen out of prison. The Weathering Heights connection between EJ and Cat is going to be explored more. (07:13) We saw that flashback where after she talked to Sammy, Cat finally remembered that she saw her at that overseas clinic. If you remember, EJ was over there recovering. That was after he found out that Sammy found out he’s been he’d been resurrected. This was even before Dan Fury Regal had been cast in the role and they just had dude in bandages and they went to this clinic overseas for him to recuperate. (07:43) And that’s also where Cat was recuperating from her plastic surgery and reconstructive surgery after her terrible car accident. So, I’m very interested to see Cat talking to EJ and maybe she’ll read him a passage from the book to see if it triggers his memory. That could be interesting. Rachel Black is headed down a troubled road after the gala and Chad may be crushed and fall to pieces if Jen takes Thomas. (08:10) I don’t think it’s going to come down to a court thing, but it may come down to Thomas raging at Chad and him having to let his son go just to cool off. So, by the way, Chad and Thomas have both been recasts, and I think we’re not going to see the new actors until April of 2026. Now, Chad’s probably going to stay on screen in Salem, but Thomas probably will not. (08:35) Thank you for being a loyal listener. Ladies and gentlemen of Salem, lean in close, because a storm is gathering the week of November 17th through the 21st, and every whisper carries weight. This is the moment when the quiet ambitions of a certain research facility become the tremor that shivers each life nearby—the kind of tremor that promises to redraw loyalties, explode truths, and leave scars that won’t fade with a simple apology.
We begin with a week that isn’t just another chapter in an already tangled saga. No, this is the umbrella story—an overarching, spiraling arc centered on EJ’s newly minted lab, a place rumored to be the cradle of secrets and the forge for plans that could alter Salem’s very fate. The tiny ribs of this umbrella—Dr. Mark Green, Dr. Ralph, and the obscure motives simmering in a sketchy lab—will begin to click into place. Each small thread will tug at another, weaving a larger tapestry that hints at a Stefano resurrected in the shadows, and at Marina’s fragility, hovering on the edge of a breakdown that could crack the hospital’s glossy façade.
In the first bright dusk of the week, the lab’s doors creak open to reveal trouble masquerading as science. Dr. Mark Green steps onto the scene, followed by Ralph, as their first project inches toward reality. The air is thick with possibility and danger: Who will become the test subject in this uncharted clinical trial? Will the figures of authority—perhaps Kataterina, burdened by early dementia—be drawn into the maelstrom of Versix, the experimental beacon that might hold the key to salvation or doom? The murmur of Clyde Weston’s name—dropped like a grim reminder of past cruelty—hangs over the proceedings, a specter nobody can ignore. The tension mounts as the lab becomes a theater of moral risk, a place where science and secrets flirt with catastrophe.
Yet the lab isn’t the only stage. Back in town, Jeremy Horton contemplates the past with a sharper, more painful edge. He weighs his own choices and the lineage that forged him, haunted by Mike Horton’s memory and the scars of his father’s era. The weight of his reflections is not merely personal; it strains the family’s very fabric, testing whether his anger can ever truly be laid to rest or if it will resurface with every new revelation.
At the same time, the Weathering Heights memory resurfaces in a folded corner of Salem’s bustling life. Cat is at the center of a delicate, dangerous web—remembering a distant overseas clinic, reading a passage that could unlock someone’s memories, perhaps even EJ’s. A chance encounter with EJ in this fragile state could tip the balance of their past and future, a moment when history might answer questions with a shiver-inducing revelation.
Meanwhile, the gala—Horton Clinic’s grand event, a beacon of hope and a trap for secrets—approaches with a gleaming mask. On Thursday, the gala intensifies as the city gathers to celebrate and to confront the undercurrents swirling beneath the elegant surface. Jack returns to lend his support to Jennifer, who is fighting not just for custody of the children but for the control of their destinies. Her keynote moment will cast a long shadow, painting the Horton family as both heroes and targets in a narrative that Salem won’t soon forget.
As the night unfolds, Eli’s questions cut through the din, probing EJ’s true motives with a surgeon’s precision. Are these inquiries about Theo, about the free clinic’s real purpose, or about the deeper, hidden motives driving EJ’s every action? The questions are precise, but the answers are stubbornly elusive, lurking behind a glazed look or a practiced, calm reply.
Across town, a softer, more intimate thread persists: Marina, the patient with a heart as fragile as glass, and her grandson, a boy who stands as a quiet sentinel by her side. Their reunion promises sweetness—yet the sweetness could be a lull before a deeper ache, a reminder that love and illness often travel the same road. The grand gala becomes the backdrop for these private dramas, a stage where grand gestures collide with intimate vulnerabilities.
And what of Sammy, a spark in the night, hosting a baby shower for her newborn joy? Her optimism shines, even as an old truth lingers—her life has taken turns that pull her away from Salem’s iron grip. She warns, she warns again, about keeping distance from Trey, the man who has carved a dangerous, irresistible path into her heart and into EJ’s beleaguered world. Three more episodes of her presence will blur into the week’s end, a reminder that love’s complications rarely respect schedules or boundaries.
Then there is the drama of relationships tested by ambition and pride. Will and Sammy cross paths in the most human of moments—an exchange that probes the strange, delicate bond between love and duty. Will wonders about a man named Dante Vitali, a figure tied to Ava Vitali, a thread that could unravel or tighten depending on the next words spoken under the gala’s glittering lights.
In the shadows of all this, Gwen remains on edge, her own secret mission tugging at her, perhaps tied to Leo’s dangerous obsession or the off-kilter pursuit of Dimmitri. Will her plan unfold with the grace of a poised dancer—or will it stumble, revealing more than she intends? The threads of Kristen’s entanglement grow bumpier by the hour, hinting that her kidnapping could move from a rumor into a perilous, undeniable reality, with Friday finally bearing the fruit of this treacherous plot.
And through the week, friendships teeter on the brink. Lonnie and Abe share a quiet moment about Theo, about the boy who feels known by his stepmom but cannot bear to open up to his father. The CEO’s chair, the fate of the hospital, and the power to shape a town—all weigh on these conversations, as if every sentence could tilt history in Salem’s grand, dangerous direction.
In the end, a question lingers, stubborn and heavy: will this swirl of smaller stories actually converge into something larger—an attack on the heart of EJ’s lab, a revelation that could rewire loyalties, a revelation that might force Chad to confront the unthinkable and possibly crush a relationship he thought would endure? The prediction is a storm: a rattle of emotions, a cascade of confrontations, and a looming choice that could tear apart what remains of trust in Salem.
As the week closes, the stage remains crowded with faces old and new, with secrets ready to spill and promises ready to break. The saga of EJ’s hidden lab is just the beginning—an intricate web where one secret could spawn a dozen more, where every quiet moment is a precursor to a louder truth, and where the characters’ destinies hang in the balance, waiting for a gust of truth to send them tumbling into a fate none of them chose but all of them must face.
If you crave the next twist or a fresh clue from the dim corners of Salem, stay tuned. The town’s pulse quickens with every confession dodged, every memory unearthed, and every vow redefined in the shadow of EJ’s enigmatic laboratory. The clock ticks, the lights flash, and the week’s revelations loom large: a drama where EJ is cornered, where Chad’s heart could shatter, and where Salem’s fragile balance teeters on the edge of a revelation that could redefine everyone’s future.
