General Hospital Spoilers January 26: Jason Knows Britt Is in Trouble — How Far Will He Go to Protect Her?

Jason’s instincts kick in where Britt is concerned — and his next move could put him squarely in harm’s way.

The General Hospital spoilers for Monday, January 26, 2026, focus on Jason voicing his concern for Britt. Meanwhile, Curtis is relieved while Jordan brokers an introduction.

Key Takeaways

  • General Hospital spoilers see Jason openly worried about Britt as danger closes in.
  • Sonny quietly works Ava for leverage while walking a risky line with Sidwell.
  • Curtis gets welcome relief, and Jordan sets up a meeting that could shift the board.

She’s In Trouble With a Capital “T”

After Friday’s episode, it’s clear that Jason (Steve Burton) knows that Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is in trouble. She manufactured a very public fight with Carly (Laura Wright) and he feels there had to be a reason for it. According to the weekly spoilers, Jason voices his concern for Britt.

And he should. WSB Director Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) has Britt backed into a corner. He’s now attempting to use Rocco’s (Finn Carr) safety as leverage to get Britt to do what he wants. Or as he put it, to get her to “comply.”

In Friday’s sneak peek at the end of the episode, Britt continues to try to freeze Jason out. “If you’ve ever cared about me at all, leave me alone!” she yelled. She has to know that’s not going to happen. Jason will do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of what’s going on with her. And he’ll charge head first into danger to do it. Will all roads lead to Wyndemere?

Sonny Tangles with Ava

Look for Sonny (Maurice Benard) to manipulate Ava (Maura West). There’s no love lost between these two. And they do share a kid. But Sonny is currently under Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) thumb and Ava is suddenly one of Sidwell’s favorite people to hang out with.

So leave it to Sonny to attempt to potentially take advantage of Ava’s access or proximity to the newest crime lord on the Port Charles block.

Going this route may backfire on Sonny, howevr. Ava seems to be Team Sidwell these days. She even enlightened him on the fact that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) was slinking around Wyndemere. Will Ava be susceptible to Sonny’s manipulative tactics? Or will she stay strong and shut him down?

In Other Port Charles News

Teasers hint that Curtis (Donnell Turner) is relieved. Maybe he’s happy that he doesn’t have to worry about Drew (Cameron Mathison) for the foreseeable future. Or he could get news on a particular paternity test.

Additionally, Jordan brokers an introduction during Monday’s episode. In the sneak peek, it looks like Carly and Sidwell (Carlo Rota) have a one-on-one conversation. Jordan may connect the two. If this is the case, what does Sidwell want from Carly? Should she be worried?

Finally, Joss (Eden McCoy) is a crafty deactivated WSB agent, isn’t she? Brennan (Chris McKenna) told her she needs to lay low because Cullum is in town and he’s dangerous. What does she do? She goes straight to Wyndemere, Sidwell’s lair and the center of the lab experiments as well as the location of Anna’s (Finola Hughes) prison apartment. It’s also where Lucas (Van Hansis) and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) live.

However, Joss turns to an unlikely source for help. It could be Ava, whom she hates. Ava is in the perfect position to be of use to Joss. She is making herself more and more comfortable at Wyndemere. It used to be her home, after all. Is Joss forced to rely on Ava for help or is it someone else, like the boss that deactivated her, Jack Brennan?

“WHO’S EMBARRASSING NOW?”: Ashley Darby EXPOSES the truth behind the Aspen encounter, Hinting that Kyle’s “insecure” shade says more about her own failing marriage than Ashley’s behavior, LEAVING the Beverly Hills queen looking desperate for a feud

Ashley Darby reacted to Kyle Richards suggesting that her alleged “flirting” with Mauricio Umansky was “embarrassing” on social media after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shaded her amid an appearance on Amazon Live.

Following Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac, which featured Ashley, 37, and her castmates interacting with Mauricio, 55, Kyle’s estranged husband, in Aspen, Kyle, 57, referred to Ashley’s behavior as “weird” and confirmed she’d never go after a husband of a Real Housewives star, which prompted Ashley to speak out.

“I never flirted with Mauricio,” Ashley wrote in a comment shared on a January 21 post from Taste of Reality on Instagram.

During her Amazon Live appearance, Kyle said that while she hadn’t seen Ashley and Mauricio’s encounter on RHOP, she “saw something on Watch What Happens Live.”

“If she was flirting, that’s weird,” Kyle stated. “I would never … be able to date anybody that any of the women – a housewife – dated or married to. That’s just weird. I don’t know. I’m like, ‘You’re embarrassing yourself doing that on camera.’ And he just bumped into them, by the way.”

According to Kyle, she received a message from Ashley’s co-star, Gizelle Bryant, 55, immediately after the cast ran into Mauricio amid their girls’ getaway in Aspen.

“She texted me right away because she felt uncomfortable. So she’s like, ‘Just so you know, we just ran into Mauricio and blah, blah, blah,’ and I was like, ‘All good,’” she shared.

Kyle then noted that “everyone can do what they want” and admitted she “didn’t see” the episode and “shouldn’t really comment.”

What Kyle didn’t comment on was Gizelle saying that she would’ve slept with Mauricio if it weren’t for her ties to Kyle.

“If Mauricio wasn’t connected to Kyle, I would’ve already had sex with Mauricio … I would have definitely pounced on him … He gets the panties, for sure,” she declared on the January 18 episode of the RHOP: After Show. “He is beautiful. And he’s a good time.”

The Real Housewives of Potomac season 10 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
