General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) may confess Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project details to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and finally tell the whole story.

Britt is still keeping some big secrets from Jason, so that’s inevitably going to hinder their romantic future a bit.

A good relationship has to be built on trust, so that’s what Britt indeed needs to trust Jason enough to be totally honest.

Jason’s tendency to put Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) first has been an issue for Britt, but he’s also done a lot to prove Britt can count on him.

If Britt’s going to spill the whole truth to anyone, you can bet it’s going to be Jason.

GH fans will recall that Britt got in over her head at the Five Poppies Resort in Croatia, so Jason had to come to her rescue.

Now that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is on the verge of backing Britt into a corner and forcing her to take Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) place, she’s bound to land in even more trouble.

Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) could land in trouble as well, so that could be part of why Britt might come clean to Jason in the end.

Jason isn’t going to approve of the mess Britt’s caught up in, but he may understand her dilemma in the end.

Britt’s life has been at risk in more ways than one, so Jason will surely keep that in mind.

Britt was nearly blown up during all the resort drama, but she’s still involved in this Faison final project plot for some good reasons.

The biggest one may be that without Britt’s medication doses, her Huntington’s disease could come back and progress rapidly.

Between that and any fears that might bubble up about the danger to Rocco, there’ll be a great deal at stake for Britt.

Nevertheless, Britt may take the risk of telling Jason all the Faison project details – including the truth behind this mysterious situation with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

Britt can’t keep quiet about what she knows indefinitely, so Jason may get updates on some jaw-dropping news as Britt lets it all pour out.
