Wait… did Britt just drop a huge clue? Something about Faison’s children isn’t adding up, and fans are connecting the dots fast. Is someone not who they claim to be… or is there an even bigger twist?
Who could be the fourth? While General Hospital‘s Britt was talking with Josslyn, she mentioned that Faison had four children. His three children are Britt, Peter, and Nathan. Is there a fourth? Who could it be?Twin Nathans
Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) return from the dead has not been explained. Where has he been for seven years, and how is he alive?
Maybe he isn’t. Nathan could have had a twin, hidden away by Faison (ex-Anders Hove). After the real Nathan’s death, his memories may have been implanted into the twins’ brains, just like Jason (Steve Burton) and Drew (Cameron Mathison).
There have been many subtle signs that this guy is not the real Officer West. He can’t play baseball, he is not in love with Maxie (Kirsten Storms), he forgot how to handle evidence, and he has made some mistakes when speaking about his past.
If he is an imposter, he may be working with Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) on his father’s final project. Everyone in Port Charles should be wary of this strange version of Nathan.

#4 Is Cullum
Faison’s fourth child may be just as evil as he was, and Cullum fits the bill. The WSB double agent is ruthless.
His first order of business was to torture Anna (Finola Hughes) with Faison’s voice and image. He knew that dear old dad was obsessed with Anna, and used that to drive her crazy and put her away.
Then there were the book and cigarillos that Josslyn (Eden McCoy) found in his pocket. Cullum may be trying to emulate his father.
His goal is to carry out Faison’s final project, which is the kind of thing an evil son would do.
Did Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) just slip up, or is there a fourth child? Who do you think it is? Let us know in the comments section.
